How do I return an item?

Returns

Merchandise purchased in one of our stores must be returned to one of our three locations. Merchandise purchased online may be returned with a receipt up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund in the original method of payment. Returned products must be in "like new" condition and have it's original packaging. Products that have visible wear and tear or are not in "like new" condition will be shipped back to you and we will not provide a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Brine's Sporting Goods will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages on returns. It is highly recommended customers get tracking information and insurance on return packages.

There is no refund for shipping on return purchases, unless the merchandise was shipped in error or defective.

Exchanges

An exchange may be made for online purchases in one of our store locations or by following the instructions below. All exchanges must be in "like new" condition with the original packaging and a receipt. Online exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Merchandise

Brine's Sporting Goods cannot guarantee the exchange or credit of a defective item. If you believe an item is defectice, please call us. In many cases, manufactureres require that a product be sent directly to them if you believe it to be defective. Otherwise, we will have you ship the product to us. We will replace an item only if we declare it to be defectice otherwise, the item will be shipped back to you.
